Our residential house cleaning is used to maintain the cleanliness of your home.  It includes Kitchens to be mopped, cabinets and drawers to be dusted and wiped clean, counters to be scrubbed, small and large appliances to be wiped down and sinks to be cleaned.  Bathrooms will be wiped down and disinfected using hospital grade agents to shower/bath to remove soap stains, mold and mildew build up. The toilets, sinks and tile will be scrubbed and the faucets, counters and mirrors will be disinfected and polished. The floors will be vacuumed using the world’s best vacuum with S filtration system for allergies, dusted and wiped down. Ceiling fans, furniture, light fixtures, shelving, tv consoles and bookshelves will be dusted. All frequently touched door knobs, cabinet/drawer pulls, light switches will be disinfected.

When we show up for an on-site consultation, we will go over every aspect of what you would like done in your home.  We will take our time to the very best of our ability to have a clear understanding of your expectations.  We feel this is the most important aspect to begin our business relationship. We can address any changes through clear communication via in person, email, text or phone.  We will always leave an itemized worksheet of what we did that will also serve as your receipt.
