When a service is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, this limits our ability to fill that time slot with another service provider. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. If it is within 48 hours you will be billed $50.00.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the service, we will address the issue and come back out and do a re-clean. It is absolutely critical that our customers are satisfied.
We ask that you call (208) 590-2675 ahead of time so we can account for the time needed. We absolutely would love to but just need notice for scheduling purposes. You can leave a note, but just understand we will not be able to do it that cleaning day as we have to stay on schedule with other customers. However, we can add it to the next clean to be done.
Yes, because we are the owners and the employees at the end of the clean, we will check each other’s work by going through the checklist.
No, most of our customers are not home. You can give us a key, garage code or leave a key somewhere on the premise.
It is helpful if clutter is picked up from the areas needed to be cleaned. It is also helpful if dishes are out of the sink and in the dishwasher. We want to be as efficient as possible to help keep your cost within your budget.
We love pets and as long as they are friendly this is no problem. However, if the pet is not friendly to strangers, we recommend you keep the dog out of the area needed to be cleaned. .
We are Licensed in the state of Idaho, Bonded and Insured.
That is a question that should only be answered after we have discussed and done a complete walk through of your home. Let us come out and determine the number of hours that is best suited for your budget. We can do the entire home or focus on specific areas where you get the best bang for your dollar.
Pay by Check or cash. During the initial consultation we will write up an agreement and that agreement will have a checklist of everything you want done and a price. This will be the amount you will leave for us when we arrive.
If you refer someone and they book and pay for a cleaning, you will receive $30.00 off your next cleaning service.
